Course conditions / Podmínky předmětu NIN 2025

- Participation and activity in the lab exercises. 2 absences per semester are allowed upon previous excuse

1. Submission of all assignments due during the semester.
2. Obtaining a sufficient number of points:
3. Earning more than half of the points for the practicum evaluation.
4. A score of more than half of the points earned on the exam evaluation.

- The course will be scored with a maximum of 100 points.

1. 60 points can be earned for assignments submitted during the semester; the final written and oral exam is graded at 40 points.
2. Evaluation for practicum:
   • A total of 12 assignments will be graded; 5 points can be earned on average for each assignment.
3. For assignments, the score is determined by the quality of the work submitted and the timeliness of submission.
   • The quality of the assignment is defined by the breadth of implementation (basic requirements versus optional and inventive extensions) and the level of discussion during the presentation.
   • If the student fails to submit the assignment (presenting the assignment to the instructor and then submitting the e-version to courseware) at the next lab session, the maximum score achievable is automatically reduced to 2 points.
   • If the student fails to submit the assignment in the third subsequent laboratory exercise, no more points can be earned for the assignment (the assignment must still be submitted - this is a prerequisite for credit).
   • In the case of proven plagiarism (see definition of plagiarism), the course is over for the student.
4. The course will end with an examination.
5. Overall assessment according to the Study and Examination Regulations of the CTU with 6 ECTS classification levels:

1. Účast a aktivní činnost na cvičení. Povoleny jsou 2 absence za semestr po předchozí omluvě
2. Odevzdání všech úloh zadaných v průběhu semestru.
3. Zisk dostatečného počtu bodů:
4. Nadpoloviční bodový zisk za hodnocení cvičení.
5. Nadpoloviční bodový zisk za hodnocení zkoušky.

1. Předmět bude bodován, maximálně lze získat 100 bodů.
2. V průběhu semestru lze získat 60 bodů za odevzdané úlohy, závěrečná písemná a ústní zkouška je hodnocena 40 body.
3. Hodnocení za cvičení:
   • Celkem bude ohodnoceno 12 úloh, za každou úlohu lze získat přibližně 5 bodů.
4. U úloh je bodové hodnocení dáno kvalitou odevzdané práce a včasností odevzdání.
   • Kvalitu úlohy definuje šíře implementace (základní požadavky versus dobrovolná a invenční rozšíření) a úroveň diskuse při prezentaci.
   • Pokud student neodevzdá úlohu (prezentace úlohy cvičícímu a následné odesláni el. verze na courseware) na dalším laboratorním cvičení, snižuje se automaticky maximální dosažitelný bodový zisk na 2 body.
   • Pokud student úlohu neodevzdá ani ve třetím následujícím laboratorním cvičení, nelze už za úlohu získat žádné body (úlohu musí stále odevzdat - jde o nutnou podmínku udělení zápočtu).
   • V případě prokazatelného odevzdání plagiátu (viz definice plagiátu) výuka v předmětu pro studenta končí.
5. Předmět bude zakončen zkouškou.
