HW 05 - Generative Networks

You are going to upload the dcgan3X.py only. The final score consist of linear scaling from the maximum amount of PTS acquired from the tasks. The maximum amount of score for homework is 13.33 (one third of total 40 points for all HW3,HW4,HW5).
